Lydia Bustin is the creative behind Ameria Floral Design based in Attleborough, Norfolk. She has a huge passion and drive for creativity, art, culture, community and business.
Applying for the Love Your Market Town funding was a logical next step to raise the profile of the town while adding her own creativity to a project. Supported by a £2,000 grant from Norfolk County Council and Breckland District Council, Lydia’s stunning installation tells the story of Attleborough through the centuries — from the 11th century to today — all through the beauty of floral design.
“With small businesses being the make-up of our local towns, it is extremely important that they are supported as much as they can be,” said Lydia.

Thanks to a small grant from Norfolk County Council’s ‘Love Your Market Town’ scheme, in partnership with Breckland Council, a handy leaflet with a map showing where you can find facilities such as toilets, baby change, accessible loos, seating, refreshments and a place to sit out of the weather. And to encourage more cycling, bike racks are added too.
