You will be matched with a digital adviser and get expert advice on:

Your adviser will do a complete digital audit of your business and produce a comprehensive report with findings and recommendations.
Get a digital business grant
Business owners and managers can also apply for a grant of up to £500 to help you implement a digital action plan. Applications are on a first come first served basis.
Before you begin and complete the form, please ensure your business meets the below criteria to take part in the Go Digital funding programme:
- Your business must be based in Norfolk
- You must have fewer than 250 employees
- Your turnover must be less than £42.9M
- You have been trading for the past 6 months
- You already use digital technology in some way, e.g. a website, social media account etc
- You must have received less than £315k of MFA subsidy in the last 3 years.
Go Digital provides free, quality business support. This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Norfolk County Council.

MFA (Minimal Financial Assistance) subsidy limit is £315,000 over a three-year period (including your current financial year and the previous two financial years). This includes any grants or subsidies/ State Aid including: de minimis aid received under the State aid rules pursuant to Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013; Commission Regulation (EU) No 360/2012; MFA received under section 36 of the Subsidy Control Act 2022; services of public economic interest assistance received under section 38 of the Subsidy Control Act 2022; and subsidies (which may have been described as “small amounts of financial assistance” or “SAFA”) received under article 364(4) or 365(3) the EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
