Welcome, Kate, Matthew, Ashley and Lisa!
The team will deliver the successful programme in Norfolk and Suffolk this year. We are delighted to be able to deliver retail and hospitality support to both areas to help attract more visitors and customers to market towns.
They will join High Growth Business Adviser and Retail Consultant Alexandra Hemen and Market Town Manager Ian Gregory.
Here is a little introduction to each of them (start top left then clockwise).
Business Adviser Kate Morgan is an experienced retail and business leader with expertise in buying, marketing, brand development and retail operations for national and international businesses. She is passionate about people, delivering great customer experiences and helping teams make a real difference.
Business Adviser Matthew Maddocks spent much of his career in hospitality management, before moving to work with start-up businesses across Norfolk.
Ashley Cooper is the Project Manager for the programme and she will lead the coordination and delivery for the retail and hospitality businesses.
Project Officer Lisa Cogan joined the Growth Hub nearly two years ago and she is looking forward to the new team building on the success and to working with the businesses.
