High Growth business visits

Just over a week, we visited four innovative, growth businesses that our High Growth team are supporting. And what a fantastic day!

Each company’s owner shared its development story over the past year with Norfolk County Council’s lead for economic growth Cllr Fabian Eagle and how our business support has positively impacted the company. In one day, we have seen manufacturing, technology for education, biotech and creative industries!

It was a rewarding journey to hear how the owners and managers have experienced the coaching and grant support to make a major step change in their growth and resilience. And what a great pleasure to see their ambition and passion for scaling their business.
You are all an inspiration and thank you, Max Jermy from Environair Systems Limited, Lucy Coy and Jonathan Coy from HeadteacherChat, Natassja Bush from Inspiralis Limited and Tiffany Crosson-Smith from Tatty’s Original. And your teams!

Quick overview of the businesses:

  • Environair – Manufacturing and installing ductwork systems.
  • HeadteacherChat – Leader led community and resources for school leaders.
  • Inspiralis – Norwich Research Park-based company supplying DNA modifying enzymes and assay kits, as well as contract research for drug discovery.
  • Tatty’s Original – Bespoke bridalwear designed and made by owner Tiffany, including an online ‘dress builder’ for custom designs.

Great to have North Norfolk District Council’s Cllr John Toye and Director Catherine Wedge-Clarke and Cllr Kevin Bayes with us too.
