Suffolk Growth Hub team breaks records in business support

The Suffolk team of the New Anglia Growth Hub is pivoting to the needs of local businesses with a strengthened offer of face-to-face support, online training, one-to-one coaching, and access to expert partners in areas such as AI, SEO and legal services.
Programme Director Pauline Prockter confirmed that the latest results show record levels of satisfaction among Suffolk businesses, with performance targets not just being met but exceeded months ahead of schedule.
“We have seen new records set in client satisfaction. Our team is set clear outputs of delivery — from the number of hours delivered to new business clients supported — and once again these outputs have been exceeded, with still months remaining in the current contract timeline,” Ms Prockter said.
Engagement has surged in recent months, with more than 500 businesses attending face-to-face events across the county in the past six months alone. The team says this growth reflects the appetite among Suffolk SMEs for practical, high-quality business support delivered locally.
