Growth Hub helps scale Norwich-based renewable heating service

At the B2B business event, Growth Hub adviser Joshua Moore connected with General Manager Dax Parsons from R A Brown Heating Service which led to a scaled business ready for growth.

The Norwich-based business, established in the 90s, installs renewable heating systems including air source heat pumps. Advisers Joshua and James followed up with Dax and Executive Anna Saunders just as they were planning to update their CRM system and admin processes. Following the business visit, green light was given to apply for a grant to help speed up the implementation of the new and tailored CRM system for the energy sector.

Fast forward and the team is saving time with the streamlined processes and it can support more customers. “With the help of the funding from New Anglia Growth Hub, we’ve definitely had time saving compared to how we used to work. So the opportunities are that we’ll be able to take on more customers and help more people. Without it, we wouldn’t be where we are, we’ve achieved a lot this year. We can continue to scale for growth really for our business,” says Anna Saunders, Marketing & Business Development Executive.
