Happy Holidays from High Streets Matter team

What an eventful year it has been! In May, we launched Norfolk’s High Streets Matter initiative funded by Norfolk County Council, and by July the new Retail Excellence Programme started with free workshops boosting knowledge and providing coaching.
In the summer, we launched Love Your Market Town grants which are already supporting projects across Norfolk attracting more visitors and adding vibrancy to the high streets.
The second Retail Excellence Programme finished in the autumn with a fantastic group of business owners and high street stakeholders. In total, more than 100 people took part! Alongside this, we also published free guides filled with top tips for retailers (if you missed them, read them here .
We have been delighted with your enthusiasm, drive and ambitions to grow and make changes within your business and town. Initial feedback has been fantastic and we are over the moon hearing about your successes. Your hard work and positive energy are truly paying off.
