Suffolk Retailers Invited to Boost Their Digital Game with Free ‘Retail Ready’ Workshop

Suffolk retailers looking to sharpen their social media and digital marketing skills are being encouraged to join a free online workshop later this month.
The New Anglia Growth Hub is hosting “Retail Ready: Boost Your Store’s Social Media & Digital Presence” on Wednesday, October 30 at 5pm, as part of its ongoing support for small businesses across the region.
Hosted by Nick Pandolfi, a member of the Suffolk team at the Growth Hub, the interactive session will guide retail, hospitality, leisure, and office-based businesses through practical ways to improve their digital visibility — with no technical jargon attached.
Participants will learn how to make the most of their Google Business Profile, discover content ideas for social media, and explore time-saving AI tools for writing, design, and planning. The event also includes guidance on how to use hashtags effectively, create engaging posts, and optimise online listings to attract more customers.
Attendees will leave with a practical checklist, a curated list of recommended apps and tools, and clear steps to help their businesses stand out online.
“Many small businesses know they should be doing more online, but don’t know where to start,” said Nick Pandolfi. “This session is about giving people confidence to take simple, effective steps that deliver real results.”
The workshop is free to attend and open to businesses in West Suffolk.
