Pauline’s career began with 20 years in banking, before she moved into business support roles with Government Agencies and Consultancy Organisations. Her expertise has seen her direct and deliver numerous national initiatives, including her most recent post managing the largest Community Renewal Fund in England, where she successfully supported hundreds of small businesses across the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
