Norfolk Redundancy Support Service

Norfolk County Council’s Redundancy Support Service is a new initiative. Our cabinet approved this initiative on 1 December 2025.

The service is currently under development. Its aim is to develop and deliver an integrated package of support for Norfolk’s businesses and employees where there is a risk of redundancy.

While the project is still under development, we’re pleased to talk to you if:

• You’re a business considering or currently making staff redundant
• You’re an individual at risk of redundancy
• You’d like to work with us in providing this service
• You’d like to hear from us when the service is fully launched
