New Six-Part Bootcamp Helps Suffolk Businesses Build Resilience
- No Comments
Suffolk businesses are being invited to take part in a new six-part Business Resilience Bootcamp — a hands-on programme designed to help owners and teams strengthen their operations, protect cash flow, and plan for long-term growth.
The Business Resilience Bootcamp: Build a Stronger, More Adaptable Business launches on 18 November (10am–1pm), offering practical guidance to help business leaders manage finances and navigate uncertainty.
The opening session will cover Cash Flow Mastery, Funding & Investment, Cost-Saving Strategies, and Crisis Management — equipping participants with the tools to make confident financial decisions and prepare for future challenges.
Organisers say the series is about much more than financial management.
“We’ve designed this bootcamp to be completely practical,” said Pauline Prockter for the Suffolk team at the New Anglia Growth Hub. “Each session focuses on a different area of resilience — from finance and operations to digital skills and leadership — helping local businesses build strength and adaptability.”
The six-part programme runs over the coming months, with each module addressing a key aspect of business resilience. Topics include finance, digital transformation, marketing, leadership, and sustainability — all tailored to the needs of Suffolk’s SMEs, freelancers, and sole traders.
Businesses can register for free and gain access to expert-led sessions designed to help them build stronger, more adaptable organisations ready for 2026 and beyond.
