A free business support programme giving Norfolk and Suffolk businesses the opportunity to learn from each other, solve challenges and build resilience has seen huge demand across the region.
The fully-funded Peer Networks programme is part of the government’s national COVID-19 response and is run locally through the New Anglia Growth Hub.
With group sessions already taking place and several cohorts full, interested businesses have been urged to get in touch as soon as possible.
The programme creates diverse groups, led by an expert facilitator, to collaboratively tackle business issues, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.
Richard Glinn, Manager of New Anglia Growth Hub, said: “I’m really encouraged by the positive response the programme has generated.”
“Over 120 businesses across our region are already engaging with like-minded leaders to share challenges and help build resilience through what has been a tough year.”
“With 2021 on the horizon, what better time to reflect on the challenges, support one another and plan a positive way forward.”
“I strongly urge businesses to sign up to the free programme now as the final few cohorts are filling up fast.”
The Peer Network Programme is open to any SME that has operated for at least one year, has at least five employees, a turnover of at least £100,000 and an aspiration to improve.
