Last Call for Suffolk Retailers to Get ‘Retail Ready’ and Boost Their Online Presence

Suffolk retailers and small businesses are being urged not to miss their chance to join a free online workshop designed to give their digital presence a serious boost.
The New Anglia Growth Hub’s “Retail Ready: Boost Your Store’s Social Media & Digital Presence” takes place on Wednesday, October 30 at 5pm, offering down-to-earth advice on everything from social media strategy to simple AI tools that save time.
Hosted by Nick Pandolfi from the Suffolk Growth Hub team, the early-evening session is aimed at retail, hospitality, leisure, and office-based businesses that want to raise their profile online but aren’t sure where to start.
Attendees will discover how to make the most of their Google Business Profile, learn what to post — and when — on social media, and explore free and low-cost tools to create content more efficiently. The session promises no jargon, just clear steps and proven methods that any small business can use straight away.
“This isn’t about big budgets or fancy tech,” said Nick Pandolfi. “It’s about giving Suffolk’s retailers the confidence and know-how to tell their story online and reach more customers.”
Everyone joining will leave with a simple action checklist, a set of recommended apps, and a better understanding of how AI can streamline their marketing.
