Procurement Act Training PPN002 / PPN026 (Mastering the New Social Value Model) 4-hour Training Workshop.

New rules, new standards and New Opportunities!

From March 2026, Social Value carries a mandatory weight in public sector procurement and bid writers must prove they can deliver.

Are you ready to meet the new standards? Our 4-hour online workshop is designed for Micro and SME, Decision Makers, bid writers, Social Value teams, and delivery managers who need to understand and apply the new model practically.

This training is part of our CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Social Value standards & governance process.

Topics covered by the workshop include:

  • The Procurement Act 2023: What’s changed and why it matters.
  • Deep dive into the new Social Value Model (PPN 002) and PPN026
  • Outcomes, MACs, Sub-criteria, and Reporting Metrics explained.
  • How buyers will evaluate your commitments.
  • Real-world case studies: Good vs Poor responses.
  • How to draft strong Social Value method statements and delivery plans.
  • Writing commitments that score highly and are realistic to deliver.
  • How to interpret and answer Social Value questions in ITTs.
  • Group practice session with expert feedback.

What You’ll Gain:

  • A simple and clear understanding of the new Social Value model.
  • Confidence to write compliant, winning Social Value bids.
  • Practical tools and templates to build into your organisation.
