As younger generations of team members come on board, we must be able to smoothly integrate them into the team. This workshop is about looking at the different generations of workers and how to get the best out of everyone.

Each age group will have their own needs, therefore you must adopt varying approaches to ensure we communicate effectively and get full engagement.

We will examine how businesses and organisations incorporate the needs of individuals whilst at the same time ensuring that the individuals deliver to the requirements of the business/organisation.
