AI – From Prompting to Building Automations

September 22 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
AI Prompting and Automation

Book here

Most teams use AI to draft and answer. The next step is getting it to do the work.

This no-code day builds real automations on two platforms: Make.com to connect apps across the web, and Copilot Studio to build an AI agent grounded on your own company content. Attendees leave with working examples, a clear view of where AI belongs and where it does not, and a scoped plan for their first automation.

Content

• Where automation pays: mapping a process, spotting the automatable steps

• Building blocks: triggers, actions, data, conditions

• Make.com: build one real cross-app scenario end-to-end

• Copilot Studio: build an agent grounded in your own company content

• Where AI belongs and where it does not, plus security and governance

• Build your own: scope and start your first automation

Requirements

This is an advanced session, best attending after our the AI course. Attendees must already use AI regularly, have built a custom agent (Custom GPT or Copilot agent), and be comfortable with advanced Excel, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and tools like HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.

Equipment

Laptop to follow in real-time (optional), nothing to install; these tools run in a browser. Create a free Make.com account if you want to experiment with it. Copilot Studio needs a Microsoft 365 account with a Copilot Studio license, but it is not needed, as I’ll show live building in the room. The principles will likely apply as well to other automation tools (N8N, Zapier, etc.).
