Suffolk SMEs Invited to Strengthen Market Adaptation Skills in Business Resilience Series

Suffolk small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are being urged to take part in the next instalment of the county’s Business Resilience workshop series, designed to help firms stay competitive in a changing economy.

Module 2: Market Adaptation takes place on Monday 23 September from 10am–12pm, and will give businesses the tools to diversify their income, embrace digital transformation, and build resilience against economic shifts.

The interactive session will cover:

  • Revenue Diversification – Practical ways to expand income streams and reduce reliance on a single market.

  • Digital Transformation – Exploring tools and strategies to boost efficiency and reach new customers.

  • Customer Trends & Behaviour – Understanding and adapting to shifting customer needs.

  • Recession-Proofing – Building strategies to sustain growth during uncertain times.

Organisers say adapting to change is critical for long-term success. By attending, Suffolk SMEs can gain insights to stay ahead of the curve, capitalise on emerging opportunities, and ensure their business remains competitive.

This session is part of a wider programme of Business Resilience workshops in Suffolk, with other modules covering areas such as financial strength, leadership, and innovation, designed to equip local enterprises with the skills to thrive.

Places are limited – early booking is advised.
