If you own or manage a shop, café, pub, restaurant or hotel in Norfolk, sign up to our Retail Excellence or Hospitality Matters Programmes starting in May. The programmes are fully funded.
As part of Norfolk’s High Streets Matter initiative, we are supporting 200 businesses across retail and hospitality in 2026-27. We are specifically inviting businesses from Cromer, Thetford, Harleston and Downham Market to apply.
The programmes will offer:
- Training, grants and one‑to‑one advice
- Practical improvements that boost footfall, customer satisfaction and business confidence
- Stronger, more distinctive town centres shaped by independent local businesses.
