Here are our Retail and Hospitality Champions – aka our esteemed High Streets Matter guest speakers!
We are delighted to introduce them to you.
Meet Creative Strategist Robert Hall from Yawn Marketing who launched our online sessions this week. He did an overview of Strategic Planning & Financial Literacy.
Next week, Lead Digital Trainer & Retail/ Franchise expert, Amy Hobson from Digital Bridge Skills will share her expertise during our Marketing and E-commerce workshop.
In a couple of weeks, Simon Wingfield from Wingfield Consultants will tackle Operational Excellence with our retailers. While, Geoff Mayers from Broadland Food Innovation Centre will share his wisdom about Menu Engineering, Profitability & Sustainability with our hospitality participants.
In the last sessions, Nathan Lomax from Quickfire Digital will take our retailers on the Merchandising & Customer Service ‘journey’. And Peter Boswell will cover Seasonal Staffing, Team Culture & Operational Excellence with our hospitality businesses.
