Town visits! Welcome more Harleston applications

We have had a great start to the High Streets Matter Programme 2026/ 27 with visits to Harleston, Downham Market and Thetford this month. And Cromer too recently.
These visits are important to us and when we meet with local business owners, stakeholders, town clerks and district officers, we get a better understanding of the town. We have launched our fully funded Retail and Hospitality Programmes for these towns and we have had a fantastic response to sign-ups.
We much welcome more applications from Harleston so if you know of any local shop and hospitality venue owners or managers, please share these great opportunities.
We look to involve 100 businesses and the more people get involved in workshops, the better for the town and for all to take a holistic approach attracting more visitors and customers to the towns and businesses.
So if you are looking to draw in more customers to your shop, café, pub, restaurant or hotel in Norfolk then this is the programme for you! We are offering workshops, grants, one-to-one advice, support to boost footfall and more.
