William Wilson

William Wilson is an experienced business development leader with over 20 years in the agricultural supply sector, driving innovation, company acquisitions and international market growth.

He successfully worked as part of a small directing team to build a pioneering agricultural start-up that introduced sloping-walled silage clamps and through acquisition High Oxygen Barrier (HOB) silage sheeting—now widely recognised as best practice in the UK and globally. For the last few years, Will has worked with farmers across the global distribution network developing international relations and entering new markets.

Prior to his diverse career, Will graduated from Reading University and took on the two-year MDS graduate scheme working across the agricultural, food and retail supply chain in farm management, processor and account management roles in the UK and France. In this newly created role, Will seeks to support rural businesses in Norfolk to make the most of their huge and untapped potential.
