What are we looking for?

High Growth Business Eligibility

This checklist is designed for New Anglia Growth Hub Engagement Advisers to assess whether a business is suitable for (entry level) high growth support.
During a triage call, they consider whether the business aligns with the following profile:

Core Eligibility Criteria
  1. Turnover: Currently generating close to £200,000 or greater annually.
  2. Recent Growth: Achieved 15%+ turnover growth over the past 18 months.
  3. Team: Operates with a team of 3 or more, either employees or contractors, actively engaged in the business.
  4. Ambition: Has a goal to grow by 20–30% or more over the next 2–3 years.
  5. Vision: Can articulate their vision for growth, including any goals and/ or direction.

Growth Potential Assessment

Consider this before you start your coaching or support session.
  • What are your growth targets over the next 12 – 18 months?
  • What plans have you made to achieve these targets?
  • What business challenges have you faced in achieving your business growth targets?
  • What are your instincts on how you could overcome current challenges or exploit opportunities?
  • Have you raised any funding or received grants recently to help grow the business?
  • What support would add value to you moving forward with your plans?
