High Growth Business Eligibility
This checklist is designed for New Anglia Growth Hub Engagement Advisers to assess whether a business is suitable for (entry level) high growth support.
During a triage call, they consider whether the business aligns with the following profile:
Core Eligibility Criteria
- Turnover: Currently generating close to £200,000 or greater annually.
- Recent Growth: Achieved 15%+ turnover growth over the past 18 months.
- Team: Operates with a team of 3 or more, either employees or contractors, actively engaged in the business.
- Ambition: Has a goal to grow by 20–30% or more over the next 2–3 years.
- Vision: Can articulate their vision for growth, including any goals and/ or direction.
Growth Potential Assessment
Consider this before you start your coaching or support session.
- What are your growth targets over the next 12 – 18 months?
- What plans have you made to achieve these targets?
- What business challenges have you faced in achieving your business growth targets?
