Growth Accelerator Level 1 (Suffolk)

Our workshop course will explore different growth models and strategies, how to assess new opportunities to pivot your business, and show you how to gain competitive advantage. You’ll learn how to segment and target prospects more effectively, improve your sales pipeline and conversion rates, as well as how to reduce the costs of acquiring new sales revenues.
We will also look at the role of digital marketing and how this can be utilised to benefit your business. The sessions will also help you to hone your marketing for maximum impact and benefit to your business, getting the fundamentals right to make your business more resilient. We will help you to understand what you need to do in order to get you back in control. With discussions and plenty of practical exercises, we will help you to take the action you need to make your business develop and thrive.
Led by experts Bev Hurley, CEO of YTKO and Dr Liz Ratcliffe, Marketing Director at YTKO, it will provide you with top tips and the chance to practice some of the skills you have learnt in a supportive and friendly environment. We will also include time for reflection and the opportunity to ask questions of our expert team.
Four 3 hr online sessions, on Tuesday 20 February, 10 am – 1 pm, Tuesday 27 February, 10 am – 1 pm, Thursday 5 March, 10 am – 1 pm, Tuesday 12 March 10 am – 1 pm.
