High Growth Network Programme
What is the High Growth Network Programme?
The High Growth Network (HGN) Programme is a brand new, fully funded scheme designed to help small businesses in Suffolk and Norfolk learn critical business skills and create strong networks with like-minded peers. Upon completion, businesses will receive their IOEE Award in High Growth Business Leadership and Strategy and will have produced their own actionable business plan, with supporting financial tools, to support their high growth over the coming 12 months.
How does it work?Participants will join the scheme in cohorts of up to eight businesses each. Each fortnight, they will meet virtually for a 2.5 hour workshop and peer learning session to work through a comprehensive syllabus of critical business skills. The programme will take place over the course of 12 weeks and is designed to fit in around the day-to-day running of the business and provide real-time implementation of the concepts being taught. The HGN Programme is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and is delivered by the New Anglia Growth Hub, part of Suffolk Chamber of Commerce and in partnership with the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), to boost the regional economy and create employment opportunities throughout both counties. |
Who is it for?The HGN Programme is for small business owners, or their senior management, looking for clarity and direction to grow their businesses to 6-figures in the next 12 months. Any industry is welcome and the cohorts will consist of mixed sectors to maximise the peer learning opportunities. To be eligible, businesses must:

“You don’t know that you don’t know and it’s good to turn to others to see how they approach problems. I have kept in touch with others from the courses and I have a regular two-week meeting with one of them.”

“I feel very fortunate to have been part of your growth programs. The help from professionals in the sector and peers has helped to teach me a new ‘director’s mindset’. It has given me much more clarity of thought and helped me to enjoy running the business more. Although I didn’t get the growth I hoped for last year, I have managed to trim my costs by 10% and increase my profits. This gives me strong financial and motivational basis for achieving my goal of 20% + growth this year.”
