Level 1 is targeted for Suffolk companies at the earliest stage, with a minimum of 2 employees and trading for at least  year.

We willl explore different growth models and strategies, discover weaknesses and challenges, how to assess new opportunities, and show you ways of gaining competitive advantage. You’ll learn how to segment and target prospects more effectively, improve your sales pipeline and conversion rates, as well as how to reduce the costs of acquiring new clients.

We will also look at the role of digital marketing and how this can be utilised to benefit your business. The Growth Accelerator  will help you to hone your marketing for maximum impact and benefit to your business, ensuring you have the right foundations to make your business more resilient. and able to grow sustainable. With lots of interaction, question time  and  practical exercises in a supportive and friendly environment, you’ll come away with new knowledge and tools to apply immediately to your business.

The workshop will be delivered in four 2.5 hr online sessions, on Friday 10 November at 9am – 11.30am, Friday 17 November at 9.30am – 12pm, Thursday 23 November at 9.30am – 12pm and Wednesday 29 November at 9.30am – 12pm.
