Maria qualified with the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a fully trained and change management strategies within the European Energy industry and a further 14 years running her own L&D professional business and coaching practice.

Maria qualified with the Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and is a fully trained coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CPCC) and a graduate of the 10-month CTI Leadership Programme.

Her experience is diverse having worked with individuals and teams from a range of global organisations as well as servicing her own local community in and around Suffolk and Norfolk.

With a strong commitment to moving clients forward, achieving increased results and reaching their desired goals and aspirations, Maria’s coaching and training is impactful, action focussed and pragmatic.

She brings clarity, focus and action to both personal and professional growth and supports her clients to achieve and often exceed their goals and aspirations.

This event is delivered, free of charge, to SMEs (SME is defined as an Enterprise with fewer than 250 employees and has either an annual balance sheet not exceeding 43m Euro or Annual Turnover not exceeding £50m) other restrictions may apply.
